Vendor Accountability Survey

To the #Biomed community: For too long vendors feel they can operate without any impunity or completely ignore the pleas of their customer base. I for one will not stand for it. The abundance of dissatisfaction across the #medicaldevice parts market is unacceptable. So here is what I plan to do about it. As I identify or hear about vendors with issues, I will create a survey. I will compile the data from that survey and launch an episode simply going over that data without giving my opinion. This is in an effort to show a mirror to the face of companies that do not wish to address our concerns. If you believe in this mission then I encourage you to not only fill out this survey below but share it to others within the HTM ecosystem. We have a voice that deserves to be heard. The first company to which I present a survey for is PartsSource.

What do you have lined up after Parts Source? No issues really with them - they have bailed is out a bunch.

 

i do have a big issue with Philips forcing us to use their batteries via form of a “safety notification” software upgrade that throws error messages when using third party - and then having a year long plus back order for philips batteries.
